For me personally, I love Pasta when added with spices with an Indian touch. Nothing can beat the taste plus added bonus is the extra nourishment from the veggies.

 23 Tomato
 2 Carrots
 1 Capsicum
 Beans
 1 Onion (optional)
 Fresh garlic and garlic powder
 Oregano
 Italian dressing
 oil/olive oil
 basil
 Mint
 Butter
 Red chilly powder
 Tumeric
 Tomato ketchup
 Soya sauce
 Salt to taste
 pepper powder

Take a pan filled with boiling water add the spaghetti pasta and cook it for a while say 15-20 min on the side.
After that run cold water on the pasta so that it stops from cooking and then some drizzle some oil so that they don't stick together.

Now start by chopping the veggies into small cubes (carrots, capsicum, beans, ) and put them into the pan with the boiling water
Cook them until the raw smell from the veggies is reduced and strain the water and it set aside until required for the pasta sauce.
*note:-
Do not boil the veggies until super soft otherwise when you add in in the pasta sauce it will turn into a paste

For Pasta Sauce

Heat the oil in a pan add in the chopped onion, freshly peeled and chopped garlic and saute for about a min
Add in the tomato puree
Green chilly (optional add in only if you feel the need for extra spicy)
Add in the turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt to taste.
Now add the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, Italian dressing, oregano, garlic powder, some basil, mint leaves. pepper powder, and some water(1 cup) and boiled veggies.
Now cover the lid of the pan and let it cook for about 3-4 min.

Now we are ready to plate the pasta
So take a bowl to add in the spaghetti pasta layer with the red hot pasta sauce we just made garnish it with some sesame seeds, mint leaves, thinly sliced lemon.
now the fun part we start eating the delicious spicy red hot pasta.
