“The only thing I like better than talking about food is eating, ” said John Walters

Well, there is something familiar about eating a humble PANI PURI- a crispy hollow ball made of semolina or wheat, filled with the stuffing of the potatoes, spicy tamarind chutney, onion, sev, and the mint leaves pani and the black salt.

PANI PURI is the most famous items in the Indian chaat category, the epitome of the Indian roadside snack. It is called with different names like pani ke bataashe, puchka, golgappa.

It may sound like the culinary chaos but this spicy crunchy wonder is an absolutely delicious snack to eat and enjoy.

The recipe for this is a simple one, which is already in a pdf form will help you to get started in the kitchen.

PANI PURI

The assembling of Pani puri is so interesting and tempting to have it immediately.

The top of the puri is cracked open, then stuffed with the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green peas, sev,  sweet tamarind chutney or any combinations of your choice, it is then filled to the brim of the puri the mint water and eaten in one bite. It has to be prepared and eaten at the same time as it takes seconds for the pani to make the puri soggy.
