WHY WILL YOU LOOK FOR THIS RECIPE?

Because this is the most comfortable food which is super delicious as we have grown up eating this almost every week. I remember when my mom cooked food like this we use to wait to just grab a plate and start eating.

This dish has such a wonderful Anti-inflammatory and Immune boosting properties all Thanks to Turmeric and the spices added to it more fiber,vitamins I mean i could just go on and on. It is super filling and wholesome food.

HOW TO SERVE THIS ?

Well there is no particular ways to eat the food that you love, it is best if you eat it with some kind of Rice/Brown rice/Red rice/Chapati , literally with anything or if you wish then just the dal itself. However, Topping it with some fresh coriander,onion ,some fresh juice of lemon or even the curd (cumin garlic curd) to add in the extra creaminess and more nutritional value to it. I love to add in some pickles. Oh yeah I’m literally craving for this as I’m telling you ha ha ha!!!! you can never get enough of this dish.

HOW TO MAKE THIS?

Take a pan add in some chopped garlic now add in the spices quickly as you dont want your pot to burn and your kitchen on fire like garam masala,red chilly powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,salt and pepper powder and then the roughly chopped in tomatoes let it cook for about a minute or so then add in the coconut milk bring it to a boil then add in the brown lentils cover the lid and it cook for good for about 15-20 min or until your happy with the way you like it. That is all you need to do.
